Chateau Lion
Located in the region called “Pays d’Albret” which is famously rich in history. In between the Landes and the Gers, the smell of the pine trees blend with the fragrance of Armagnac. This lovingly restored Chateau set amongst sunflowers offers a relaxing and tranquil environment.
As you enter the long sweeping drive and step through the arch into the courtyard and admire the surrounding historical architecture, you can imagine that this is an impressive setting for your wedding day.
The Chateau
The Estate is 50 hectares with spectacular views, natural woods and mature vines. Your ceremony and vows can take place under the natural shade of a magnificent Cedar Wood tree known as the “tree of life”, you can then drift over to the extensive lawn terrace with the Chateau as your backdrop for your reception drinks.
The Chateau boasts many huge and wonderful rooms, sleeping up to 23 guests. Mostly situated in the East wing of the castle, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, beautifully furnished and offer magnificent views over the park. There are also two cottages for guests to stay in, all with access to the pool.
